Shipping

Keep in mind that our garments are made to order and are sewn by hand, one by one, from the moment you make the purchase. Therefore, delivery times are longer than those of other products that are already manufactured and stored.

Delivery of our products is free of charge to selected countries. Deliveries to countries excluded from this selection will be made via an express delivery service. Costs and transit times will be calculated according to your delivery address.

International shipments may incur additional costs in the form of import duties or local taxes. These costs are subject to the laws of each country and are beyond our control, for which we cannot be held responsible.

At special sell periods (Christmas time, outlet, sales) the delivery time could be longer.

For shipments to the rest of the world, please contact info@ultrammar.com.

In these cases the shipments are made through an express delivery service. The costs and international transit times will be calculated based on your delivery address. International shipments may incur in additional fees in the form of import duties or local taxes. These costs are subject to each countries legislation and therefore ULTRAMMAR can not be responsible for any of them.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product you or if you need our help you can contact info@ultrammar.com.

During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the products to you.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control (including customs clearance processes

We ensure each order during the time the product is in transit until it is delivered to the address you have provided.

We require a signature for all products delivered.

If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or a person at their delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of the order and you become responsible for the product from this time.

The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us and you (or a person at your delivery address) have signed for the products.

You own the products once we have received payment in full.

We may need certain information from you so that we can supply the products to you. We will contact you in writing to ask for this information. If you do not give us this information within a reasonable time of us asking for it, or if you give us incomplete or incorrect information, we may end the contract. We will not be responsible for supplying the products late or not supplying any part of them if this is caused by you not giving us the information, we need within a reasonable time of us asking for it.

Size changes

The first size change will be free, however to purchase another model or colour you must make a return of the item and a new purchase. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it and the change must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in the same conditions in which it was delivered to you. If the return is approved, we will begin the refund process of the amount paid as soon as possible. If you consider that the product is defective, please contact us at shop@ultrammar.com

Here below you can find what you must do to change the size of your product:

Send an email to shop@ultrammar.com with the following information: name of the person who placed the order, order number, e-mail, delivery address, product that is returned and the new size desired. We will request the collection and notify you with an e-mail of the day the courier will pick up the package at the specified address.

As soon as your package arrives at our warehouses we will begin with the procedures to make the size change.

If you prefer to ship with a different logistics company, no problem. Send your duly identified package to Hermanos Menéndez Pidal 34,9B. 33005 Oviedo. Please note that until arrival at our warehouses the package will be your responsibility.

Returns policy

And our policy in compliance with current regulations is to grant you the right to return any item purchased overseas within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in the same conditions in which it was delivered to you. Once the product has been received in our warehouses and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded through the payment method used in the purchase, deducting the transportation costs generated by the return. The refund may take a maximum of 14 days to be effective since we received the package in our warehouses.

FAULTY ITEMS

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase.
Damage due to wear and tear or as a result of invalid cleaning methods not depicted on the care label, are not considered faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If a faulty item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will offer a full refund.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Every purchase will be insured from the time it is dispatched from our distribution center to the moment it is delivered to you, or to the person nominated by you to take delivery on your behalf. Every order will require a signature of receipt and this signature will signify successful delivery and fulfilment. Once your item is delivered and signed for, the responsibility of these good passes to you.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

When placing your order please ensure that all the details concerning the billing and shipping details are correct, as we are unable to redirect packages once the courier has processed an order.

LATE RETURNS

Items must be returned to us at our warehouse address within 14 days of delivery. Returns received after this time will not be accepted.
